Over 18's Read & Tick to accept I permit the photographer named above and his/her licensees or assignees to use the photograph(s)and/or drawings therefrom and any other reproductions or adaptations therefrom either complete or in part alone or in conjunction with any wording and/or drawings for all uses including publicity and/or merchandising and/or editorial purposes in any country. Unless otherwise agreed the photograph(s) and any drawings or adaptations thereof shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person. No changes to the terms of this model release are accepted unless agreed in writing by the photographer, his/her assignees or licensees or myself. I understand that I do not have any interest in the copyright to the photograph(s) nor shall I receive any further payment. I am over 18 years old. (Models who are under 18 years of age must provide evidence of consent by a parent or guardian to this model release.)

Minors (Under 18) Guardians to Read & Tick to accept FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED, ON BEHALF OF THE MODEL (WHO IS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE) (“the Model”), and whom I warrant that I represent as his/her legal guardian, I grant the Photographer, and his agents and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to use or alter any photographic images of the Model or in which the Model may be included, and taken by the Photographer as part of the Models’ engagement (the Photographic Images), in conjunction with the Models’ own or a fictitious name in any media now or hereafter known for any other purpose whatsoever.I hereby waive any right or claim that either myself or the Model may have to inspect or approve any products or copy used in connection with any of the Photographic Images, or which I or the Model may have with respect to any alteration or distortion of any of the Photographic Images and with respect to the publication of the Photographic Images in any form.I hereby warrant that I am of full age and am entitled to contract on behalf of the Model in the above regard and that I will accompany them during the photoshoot. I have read the above release prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and the heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of the Model.
Description of Photography

Studio portrait shoot for competition, advertising and marketing purposes. Model to receive agreed upon number of images in return for their time with the option to purchase additional images at agreed rate (see attached).
